How I work

Habits that show up in every project

  1. I shadowed 4-5 valuation analysts, 3-4 people on the broker team and up to 10 sales reps on their visits. The best ideas came from those days: brokers asking for sale prices, and a visit form so long that only 35% of visits were logged the same day.

    Broker retention 20% → 50%+

  2. The plan for virtual home tours had staff walking buyers through homes on video calls. First, one person screen-shared the existing 3D tour for 2-3 days. Too few buyers wanted it, so it was retired before anything heavier was built.

    ~20 staff-hours a month spared

  3. At QUICKIII I dropped B2B group buying within 14 days, once retailers said the trade ran on credit. Two years later I wound the company down while it was still solvent, with every seller paid.

14 days to drop a model

  4. For about 6 months I ran Truva's 9-person tech team while the CTO raised the Series A, pulling 5 teams' requests into one roadmap. I also hired 14 interns through 3 campus drives.

About

A builder who likes to sit with the people using it

I studied electronics at NIT Hamirpur and started as a software engineer at Samsung SDS. Then I co-founded QUICKIII, ran it for two and a half years, and was its only tech and product person for the first 12+ months. At Truva I was the second engineer and wrote the product specs myself until the first product managers joined.

I like sitting with the people who use what I build: valuation analysts, brokers, and sales reps out on their visits.
